The James Burton Foundation donated guitars to the Volunteers of America “Lighthouse” program for Children this week. The Shreveport Times has a video of the event on their website.
The James Burton Foundation supports music education for those in need through guitar donations and music instruction to schools, hospitals, and community service organizations.

Foundation donates to the Boys and Girls Club
James Burton Foundation donates guitars to the Boys and Girls Club of Natchitoches, Louisiana! James personally delivered the guitars on 04/18/2013 and attended the banquet to give out the guitars to the kids of the club.

Foundation featured in upcoming episode of GearZ

James Burton Foundation donates in the Netherlands
The James Burton Foundation has made a donation of guitars outside of the US. Stichting Tante Lenie was the grateful recipient of guitars yesterday. The Dutch Foundation helps families with chronically ill children by providing them with a vacation and all kinds of activities.
James presented the guitars to ‘ Tante Lenie’ himself.
